Our History:

Helobyrd Development Industries (HDI) was developed to give our participants a unique educational pathway. Our programs are designed for people who work in highly stressful and demanding environments. Our agency offers a variety of training, coaching, and mentorship programs that have no limits for the participant. Our mission is simple; we want to help you achieve your individual goals and unlock your true capabilities.

HDI offers a variety of programs and services. We have options ranging from self-development coaching, relationship resuscitation, and even offer customized coursework or training for a variety of people that may find themselves in a high stress, demanding atmosphere.

Our Founder:

HDI was founded by Paul Christensen with the intent of providing a interactive level of training for first responders and healthcare workers. The program was initially done in remote locations throughout the world. At that time, Paul's primary focus was teaching a radiation response course to first responders from the United States. The most popular course was hosted on-site, both within and in the areas surrounding Chernobyl, Ukraine. Eventually, Paul realized the need for more in depth training at a much more personal level. Since then, he has created programs supporting areas of leadership, resolving marital issues, and has shown how to tap into ones true potential.

Paul has worked primarilly as a Firefighter/Paramedic, which has exposed him to numerous opportunites to help within the community. Mostly, it allowed him a unfiltered view of how people learn and resolve conflict in their lives. Paul has received certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming. Using those skills he has helped numerous people process ailments like PTSD, and stressors that we all encounter in our daily lives. He has over 20 years of experience in the public safety industry, and still works within the first responder community. Paul has a strong belief that this gives our agency a cutting edge above others, due to a consistent involvement in training and presenting materials within the first responder and healthcare industries.

HDI contracts with additional instructors, coaches, and subject matter experts to provide the best experience for our clients. All of our personnel have proven their skills numerous times over; whether it is how to improve life at home, establish mental fortitude on the job, or maybe you just want a training experience of a lifetime... here at HDI we pride ourselves on results! At HDI, we realize that our success is reliant on your success. We believe that we all have room to grow, learn new ideas, and through this we can meet our true potential.
